SHIPPING
What is the estimated delivery time?
Germany: 3 to 5 business days
Other countries: 5 to 7 business days on average
Please note that these times may be slightly extended during peak periods (holidays, promotions, exceptional events) or in circumstances beyond our control.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
All orders are carefully prepared and handed over to our carrier within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. A confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent to you.

As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to allow you to track your order in real-time.

Our products are designed by our team in Germany. They are entirely handmade from start to finish.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Is it possible to return or exchange my items?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are not damaged or have not been used.
Beyond these 14 days, we will no longer be able to accept your return.
